The project is making all the stands on BHX’s South Terminal capable of accommodating Airbus 321 and Boeing 737 aircraft, which many airlines use. New Ryanair routes from Birmingham to Paris, Tirana & Derry Flights from Birmingham Airport (BHX) to Tirana, Paris and Derry can now be booked with Ryanair. From 31 March the Irish low-cost carrier will serve Paris Beauvais Airport seven times a week and the Albanian capital twice a week. It will begin twice-weekly flights to Derry, in Northern Ireland, from 3 April. Birmingham Airport (BHX) gives £5,000 to a charity which runs an adventure playground Birmingham Airport (BHX) has given £5,000 to a charity which runs an adventure playground enjoyed by hundreds of local young people and families. Customer volumes at Birmingham Airport (BHX) last month exceeded 2019 levels for the first time In October this year 1,106,000 customers travelled through the Midlands transport hub compared to 1,101,000 in October 2019.
