Hi Everyone - another video from me today. Very short flight this one so not much to show and tell.

As about the next 6 of my video uploads aren’t to/from any UK airport, i’ll just stick them in a single thread rather than creating various new ones.

Others please feel free to post their videos here too.

Another fantastic video. They are always so well made. Many thanks for posting yet again.

Thanks again for watching and your kind words!

Great video thanks for posting, Thai look like an excellent airline!

Thanks Jerry! Thai were very good to be fair, clean cabin, good IFE, a footrest and decent food. What else could you want in Economy class?

Thanks to all others that have watched also!

Superb yet again. Many thanks. I feel I'm on the aircraft with you using airlines and airports that I'm never likely to use for real.

Great view on takeoff! Though i wouldn't like to do a long haul flight with that legroom!

Thanks Jerry - it was certainly very pleasant. The legroom wasn’t brilliant for a long haul flight - I hear they are quite cheap from London mind!

I'd imagine they do it like that to encourage people to purchase extra legroom seats, i know i would after seeing that!

It just goes to show how many rows of seats they have managed to get in, i was sat in 70K and i was still a few rows away from the back, plus there’s Premium Economy and Business cabins!

I suppose that if the flight is cheap enough people will put up with the lack of space even on long haul trips. It's quite possible as well that they need a dense configuration to make the flights profitable.

As an after thought, most people from Asia tend to be shorter and less built than us Europeans. Considering it’s an airline based in Taiwan....

But you’re right, the main reason is just for extra revenue in the same space!

Many thanks for another excellent trip report video, Jerry. I noted that when you were boarding there were steps placed against the rear door of the aircraft but the door appeared to be shut. Did everyone board via the airbridge at the front?

Th reason I ask is that on a couple of occasions when I've used Virgin Australia B 737-800s at Melbourne Tullamarine Airport for domestic flights the front passengers have used the airbridge but those for the rear (us, both times) have descended stairs from the terminal onto the apron and joined the aircraft via the rear external steps.

Thanks! I believe everyone boarded via the airbridge. It could be they put the steps in place so the ground crew could access the aircraft during the turnaround.

wondering why on my "holidays" I choose to get up 2 hours earlier than when going to work. 6 trips in 6 days soon coming up with 3 more days to sort out
