Did he actually say that some of his team wanted BRS? I can't remember reading that. What he did say was something along the lines that Wales won and Bristol lost. When he alluded to some of his staff querying CWL I read the context of their not being convinced that a South West Britan route was viable full stop.Well he did say many of his advisory team wanted to launch from BRS but he also said that operationally that wasn't possible. I do know that having it axed so savagely is embarrasing for the airport but hopefully that will be it and the service will be left to grow but i do wonder at the viability of a hub service at 4 weekly.
